Reiki healing -

Receive certified training covering Levels I and II in just two days ( depends on class size and hands on practice, though you will be educated, practice is essential to honing in on your skill)

Sound Healing Experience
Sound healing uses crystal singing bowls and other instruments tuned to energetic vibrations to restore balance and promote healing in the body, mind, and spirit. These special sound frequencies create a calming environment that encourages deep relaxation, supports nervous system health, and helps release emotional tension. Experience gentle, natural healing through the power of sound. I guide you through a reiki meditation during the sound bath. OPEN to all levels of curiosity

I will come to your weekend get away or girls day if you’d rather choose your own accommodations and food. I will still have the activities, healing modalities, and everything the traditional retreat offers but this lowers the cost for you and your guests. This option also affords you the host a “free” retreat. Discover the healing power of Reiki and Somatics retreats to transform your mind, body, and spirit.
