Hey everyone I am so excited to announce our next retreat dates! Come and renew you Mind Body and Spirit with 2.5 days of Self love, self appreciation and self work! Reiki healings, guided meditations, past life experiences, Somatic emotional Releasing of trapped emotions, art projects and delicious food prepared with love.
Our last retreat was held October 2023, and it was such a beautiful journey. The women who were able to attend gave it their all in walking through some emotions they no longer wanted to hold on to. each woman left feeling hopeful, rejuvenated, free and light. These retreats are my passion where I get to combine all modalities of healing into one weekend event giving clients a full Mind Body Spirit makeover.
